1. Service Description
CardJam (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") is provided by OharaLab, an online wedding thank-you card creation platform. Users can create projects, import guest data, create personalized thank-you cards, and share them with guests via QR Code or link.
2. Account and Registration
You need to sign in with a Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining account security and not sharing your account with others.
- Ensuring the information you provide is truthful and accurate.
- All activities conducted under your account.
3. Free Plan and Paid Plans
The Service is billed per project, with each project calculated independently. The following plans are available:
- Free Plan: Up to 20 guests per project, valid for 7 days after activation. Includes basic features: personalized blessings, envelope animation, privacy protection, QR Code sharing, and 5 basic color palettes.
- Premium Plan (NT$520 / per project): Up to 1,000 guests, valid for 30 days. After payment, the project enters a "Ready to Activate" state with all premium features unlocked (photo upload, PNG download, email sending, guest feedback, 10 color palettes, custom text). The 30-day validity period starts when the user manually activates. Can be repurchased to extend after expiration.
- Custom Plan: For special requirements (custom design, brand integration, feature expansion), please contact us for a quote.
Plan content and pricing may be adjusted at any time. Changes will be announced on the website and will not affect already purchased plans.
4. Payment and Refunds
- Paid plans are processed through a third-party payment service (PAYUNi). The Service does not store your credit card information.
- Service is activated upon successful payment. Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are generally not provided.
- If duplicate charges or service activation failures occur due to system errors, please contact us for assistance.
5. User Content
All content you upload to the Service (including but not limited to text, images, and guest data):
- Copyright belongs to you. The Service will not use your content for other commercial purposes.
- You grant the Service permission to process, store, and display your content to the extent necessary to provide the service.
- You are responsible for ensuring uploaded content does not infringe on others' rights and does not contain illegal content.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
- Guests must verify their name and phone number to view cards. Unverified access is not permitted.
- Text messages collected through the guest feedback feature (Premium plan) are only viewable and exportable by the project creator.
- Your data is stored on Cloudflare's global infrastructure with encrypted transmission (HTTPS).
- Email sending is processed through Resend, a third-party service. The Service does not store recipient email addresses.
- We will not sell or provide your or your guests' personal data to third parties.
- After a project expires, your data will be retained for 90 days, during which you can reactivate at any time. After 90 days, the system will automatically delete the data.
7. Prohibited Conduct
When using the Service, you must not:
- Upload content containing malicious code, pornography, violence, or illegal material.
- Use the Service for spam, fraud, or harassment.
- Attempt unauthorized access to other users' data or systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Service in any way.
Violations of the above may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.
8. Service Availability and Disclaimer
- The Service is provided "as is" with no guarantee of 100% uptime or error-free operation.
- We will endeavor to maintain service stability but are not liable for losses caused by force majeure (such as network outages or third-party service disruptions).
- The Service shall not be liable for any indirect losses incurred by users due to reliance on the Service.
9. Intellectual Property
The interface design, code, brand name "謝卡醬" (CardJam), and related visual designs of the Service are owned by OharaLab. Reproduction, modification, or distribution without written consent is prohibited.
10. Amendments to Terms
The Service reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be announced on this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Both parties agree that the Taoyuan District Court of Taiwan shall be the court of first instance for any disputes arising from these terms or the Service.
